I have had a couple of bad games where I have been reported. Whats the likelihood of me getting banned?

If you think you did something wrong, such as bad-mouthing other people/trashtalking/being toxic. You might get muted for a certain number of games.
If you know you didn't do anything harmful, or harass anyone (harassing sexually, racially, emotionally, using curse words), then you're probably fine. Being reported doesn't mean you'll get banned, it just means the case gets sent to the tribunal, which then determines by your actions in the game if you will get a temporary chat-limit ingame or anything else.
Most people don't get banned for harassing, only if you quit alot of games(Which the LeaverBuster will handle automatically), or use any third-party application to aid you unfairly in-game that gives you an advantage over other players. (Which is against Riot's ToS) Cheating,hacking,etc.

If you mean bad games where you just didn't do well 0%. You can't be banned for having bad games. If you mean bad games where you flammed, intentionally fed, or did something else like that then as long as you stop you should be alright.
