Rotating game modes queue icons

Hi ! I have an idea about the rotating game modes old icons 'the ziggs icons...etc", I know you gift players a summoner icon for participating in new game modes you create, Why don't you offer the old rotating game modes icons for new players like who was not around during the launch of these modes ? It can be for winning a certain amount of games on every mode even...I mean, the Poro king icons ? Hexakill ? Ascension ?...etc and lately you have released nexus siege with no icon ! and re-released Doom Bots ! why not use these chances for gifting new players the old icons for playing this mode ? I want a chance for me and the rest of the new players base to get a chance to enjoy those icons as well as old players ! It's never fair to be judged for simply being too young during the lunch of the game not to mention limited skins...etc, hope soon there will be a change regarding new players like me.
