Why there is No more traditional skins ??? even for RP

I mean it's a cool fact that there can be traditional skin for almost all champions in the game, To honor yet remember early phase of the game, Yet lately for years now there are NO MORE !!!! I noticed that the new riot policy HATES giving free skins, Yet if that is the case I don't mind paying "reasonable" price for traditional skins. For example Urgot is going through VGU right now, why not use the chance for Traditional skin ??? it'll be GREAT ! unique too ! Not to mention champs like sion, poppy,...etc ! I hope this idea reach some people, even if it was for RP :/ but it'd be really cool .

lol true. or may be cheap, they don't want to give any skins for free anymore, it's been for years now XD "excluding victorious" which is meant for certain players which is not a good theme in my opinion.

as much as I think " Poppy Senior" needs to be reworked to her own champion. I'd pay big bucks if i had a traditional poppy skin, featuring her old face , her new VA imitating the old voice lines and her old hammer tapped up to be longer.

i felt special as one of the few ppl who enjoyed to play the old poppy i really wanted something special out of it.
