HELP A serious annoying bug that No one cares to fix !!!!

Hello guys ! I have a questions about Toy Soldier Gangplank skin, I was looking forward to buy this skin during the holidays the end of the year but when I checked out the skin video, I've noticed that there was some kind of a bug with it !! It seems to be missing the middle finger on his left hand that is holding the sword, You can notice that very clearly during his sword swings and hits, Also it's extremely obvious that he's missing that finger during the recall animation ! I don't think it's part of the skin design since that finger shows up in his other moves and go missing on other and it's very irritating !!! I thought you guys fixed it later on but I saw a video of that skin which was created 3 weeks ago and still have the same problem. I also noticed there was a report of such problem on the boards page but No one has answered neither solved the issue, so what gives ?? I like this skin very much and I want to buy it once it's available, so I hope you be able to fix this problem soon.
