Allow us to choose our borders.

I bought DJ Sona when it first came out, used the icon for a really long time. It gave me the border corresponding with it's icon...

Too bad I hate the ethereal banner, but love the icon.

and now, I have no banner at all because I have the audacity to change my summoner Icon.

I think being allowed to choose wouldn't take much work (It might im not a coding genius and have no idea how Riot's system works), but it's just a small change that I believe would make players that got icons including banners happy.
