...I actually find teemo is relatively effective on ARAM.

I've heard that if you poke support they'll remove it from your account if you really really want it gone, but considering it's free I wouldn't be bothered.

Anyway, to be honest I got many, many chat restrictions this year. I don't regret it, wouldn't take it back if I had the chance. I try not to be toxic but some people just purposely egg it on and I am dumb enough to fall prey to it, don't feel like not being toxic for an entire year is worth a skin. I'd probably care if it was a summoner icon.
