If the only champ you own is Teemo, you are ineligible to receive a mystery skin (you must have at least 10 unlockable skins to do so). Expect some other kind of gift from Rito later this week or month.

I've heard that if you poke support they'll remove it from your account if you really really want it gone, but considering it's free I wouldn't be bothered.

(Also, Teemo>Urgot, so it could be worse.)

Teemo is still viable in top. just really weak, situational and will guarantee that you won't get a single honor that game (Nor will you be carrying if thats the kind of top you wanted).

Hes another less mentioned champ that needs a rework. Hes not a great spit pusher, Hes shit at team fighting and he dies instantly to any assassin while having virtually no CC and escape (Mostly due to the damn assassin meta) , his move quick is useless in most ganks. If the entire game was a laning phase then he might do fine but then only against a few meta champs (Again fuck this Assassin meta).

The SWIFT scout should be more slippery than udyr.

Support also works if you place shrooms intelligently.

For example you need to roam a bit to set up shrooms on other lanes so they can take advantage of it. Like for baiting into it, use it for an escape, use it as an assist for a gank because of the slow. And place shrooms on locations you don't expect players to walk on them but does gives vision on where they are and/or go to. If you play like that you can simply upgrade the trinket and be done for vision.

I've played him as support shit ton of times. Its just much harder to pull off than most supports. I've played him in that lane a shit ton of times, I'll always do well late game (For a support, that is) because you transition into another APC but in laning phase he very situational against certain comps. You don't want to be against a Caster ADC or a Leona but he works extremely well against the squishy supports.

The only real issue is you can only rarely leave lane to ward the enemy jungle and Range can be problematic at times.

Teemo simply is not a support. Hes like annie in the fact that annie ain't no support but she got pushed into that lane by force.

Another tip: don't place shrooms in the brush. They aren't that useful as most people already expect shrooms. Place them just outside of the brush so that they'll always hit it when chasing.

You clearly play Teemo support different than I do. I aim to place every mushroom in such a place that it can either assist for escapes/kills and/or give vision without anyone stepping on it. I also play him with Smite and buy the item Stalker's Blade (later upgraded to Magus) so I assist the jungler with smite at level 1 and I can help with Dragon/Baron and I got a 760 ranged slow that deals true damage. After getting Magus I get Morellonomicon, Liandry's Torment and then Void Staff. The item slots left are for whatever I want, I actually prefer to play without boots.

Anyway, to be honest I got many, many chat restrictions this year. I don't regret it, wouldn't take it back if I had the chance. I try not to be toxic but some people just purposely egg it on and I am dumb enough to fall prey to it, don't feel like not being toxic for an entire year is worth a skin. I'd probably care if it was a summoner icon.

First off, don't attempt to call me stupid without knowing that the common price of Summoner Icons is 250 not 200 and the cheapest skins are 390 not 450.

Secondly, If I get a Legendary Skin on a champion I never plan to play or use it on then of what worth is it to me? I'll answer for you, it's worthless. Worth nothing at all if I dislike it or never plan to use it. I however love Summoner Icons to death, it's obviously a personal thing, and would enjoy that much more.

I never said I wouldn't be grateful for a skin but I guess you don't understand English. I said I would prefer a Summoner Icon over a Skin. I would prefer a cure for a sickness over something that only alleviates the symptoms, doesn't mean I don't love alleviating the symptoms.
