Banning / warning system needs some work.
So my other account was banned earlier this season. I deserved it for sure, i was really nasty during the game prior to my ban.
However, since i've put a decent amount of time and money into my accounts, Ive been on my best behavior ever since the ban.
Recently, I received a warning for "verbal abuse". I received the warning before i even entered the post-game lobby, which means that a player(s) reported me immediately after the game ended. Now, I didn't say ANYTHING this game. Like I said, I'm actually quite paranoid about being reported, because I've already been banned and i don't want to lose my account.
During this game, I was mid...our lane was somewhat even...I was slightly behind because they were playing Ahri, and then i was ganked which gave her a kill and set me a bit more behind. However, through teamwork and a strong bottom lane, my team won. This ahri was quite angry...she was smart enough not to voice anything in all chat, however, their jungler (WHO was the reason she was able to kill me the single time she did in lane), repeatedly said, "Report ahri" in all chat...presumably because she was toxic in team chat.
I receive this warning because 1 (Ahri) + ?more teammates of hers reported me. I looked into it, and their top laner, who was actually complaining about their team in all chat (unlike the ahri), was a pre made with this mid laner (aside..the top was a Riven XD)..........and i know this because I looked into their previous 3-4 games and they were both in each others games. obviously a duo. not to mention, Ahri was ranked Silver 1 100 LP and I was rank gold 1 80ish LP (and everyone else in the game was between gold 3 and plat 4)...was she possibly boosted?!?! Who cares, her mmr was inflated and possibly justified because she probably belongs in high gold / plat and possibly higher, but thats another topic entirely....just saying kind of strange that a player with a plat mmr would be ranked silver 1....really speaks to problems in the ranking system...but again i digress.
so I basically did absolutely nothing wrong, yet i received a warning because this pre made was mad about losing. Now my account is flagged for another warning for verbal abuse.
really is quite unfair...please bring back the tribunal. the automated system of bans based on frequency of reports is disgusting. innocent players can be banned due to being unlucky and being reported by several premades a few times in a row. ... obviously with such a massive player base, automated system is necessary in order to weed out toxic players. but innocent cases / players like this get lost in the mix when reported by premades. it's basically gang bullying.
Riot, do yourselves and us good mannered players a favor and bring back the tribunal. You can't beat the opinions of REAL people (compared to a machine) regarding toxicity. and, people are so fed up with toxic assholes and nasty trolls that i believe a great deal of people would genuinely love to contribute to cases regarding toxic players. please..... where is it.... it already existed....how hard is it to bring back....you are releasing many (great!) articles and features regarding worlds. That's great, i hope you really profit....but please, for you dedicated player base....plaease let us know you care about the problem of abusive players by bringing back the tribunal.

p.s. if you notice i even have the good behavior icon. I'm not so good with words, i apologize, but i think the report system is seriously flawed and punishing towards innocent / good mannered players.
