Leavebuster

What the hell, I'm so upset right now, I haven't disconnected from a game and gotten a leavebuster SINCE JULY when my internet was acting up, it happened so much I reached 30 minutes but played it off, now, FOUR MONTHS LATER, my pc shutdown for no reason and all of a sudden I'm stuck waiting 20 minutes for a queue for a first offense in a while, why? The notification said 5 minutes but upon entering a queue I'm waiting 20 minutes, why is this?
