you should be required to practice a champ 10 times in normals before you can play them

I just got forced to play adc. I was last pick. Everyone agreed on a lane that they wanted, I called top and someone called adc. For some reason the person who called adc decided to lock jax, a champ he has never played before when I expressedly said anything but adc, its my worst role. Thats fine that I had to play adc (I did terrible because like I said its my worst role), but why would you auto lock a champ you have never played before when someone else says that they dont like adc after you call adc...

I've been accused of playing a champion for the first time before by salty people who were not happy I was having an off game. Your suggestion would do nothing for the game.

Your problem is with trolls, and a rule like this does nothing against trolls.

my normal mmr is silver and ranked mmr is high plat, so normals won't provide sufficient practice.

No... I've played a champion I've never played before in ranked. My team really needed a tank and I've seen shen played a few times so I understood how he worked. I never used him before that moment though. Should my team just not have what it needs because I've never played him before? That doesn't sound right.
