Snowdown shop and current sales

Is it possible for a skin that will be on sale or is currently on sale to have an even further reduced price once the snowdown shop comes up? I want to buy Little Knight Amumu and I'm wondering if I should wait until the shop comes up for a chance at an even lower price or if I should just buy it now.

I don't think the sales would stack regardless, and you're making the bet of 1 in.... god, I don't even know how many skins there are. Regardless, it's a ballsy bet that that particular skin would end up in your store. So I'd go for it now, if the sale ends today.
