Rivens ult cd
Riven's ult with 45% CDR is on a 33 sec cooldown.....thats kinda ridiculous when you think about it right?!

YCitizenSnipsY3 votesYou mean when she is level 16 and itemized for CDR, no not really. By that point in the game there is this handy little thing called armor that works really well since they nerfed armor pen in the preseason.
