Dodge penalty on 1st one?

Dear fellow, LoL community and Riot staff/ members. I've been thinking about toxic people, which I will admit myself as I have 2 permanent banns and this account is on thin ice... I am barely toxic, never swear or anything but that's not the point. The point is that I believe a lot of toxicity comes from people in queue. When you call mid first, and the group of people spam you and say mid or feed, and all go mid if you don't change your position. When people do this, you want to dodge but never want that penalty, and you try to wait for someone else to dodge but the game starts and your stuck in a 20-50 minute plus game that you don't want to be in, and is hell since your teammates will be stealing your cs, kills, and flaming you. With the dodge penalty it makes it so players don't really want to wait out the 5 minutes so decide to play the double mid, and I think they should change this and maybe make it only a no time penalty first dodge or 1 minute or so, to make it so players don't really care about the dodge and make it so they skip a game that would be an automatic loss, and uncommunicated, hence making it a 5 minute on there second dodge in a day if the que doesn't go well and it doubles so on every time you dodge until the next day comes up and it resets. There's are just my opinions, and I feel like it's one of the main reasons I rage, and have been getting these bans.

Well, the new champion select process pretty much makes sure you get 1 of the 2 desired roles you want in most matches.

Anyway, when you dodge it means the other 9 people have to wait for a new match and start over again. Maybe some of them you don't care about (i.e. they were troll-y and the reason you dodged), but the non-trolls and other team are affected by dodging as well. It creates a poor experience for them too. Right now with dodges it's taking me anywhere from 5-15 minutes from the moment I queue until we are in the actual game. That's a long time and a very large degree of variance.

i feel like this is more of an issue with blind pick or the old ranked queue than the current. i personally haven't had this problem other than "can i suP" "can i jungle" but if i say no they usually just deal/feed(which sucks)
