Clean LoL of the true cancer please riot

Last game i had. There was an intentional feeder that fed because i didn't gank him at level 3. I didn't do anything to him and said i will report after. He replies with i've been playing for 3 years and not even a chat ban. SO i played on 2 accounts each for 3 weeks and get perm bans but when he says go kill your self get cancer, and all these things. I didn't say any of that ONCE! He is still playing out there and trolling all the time. I have screen shots of him running into fountain and saying riot won't do anything. Even some of my friends do this not one chat ban. I've seen forum post that say "I've said get cancer and drink bleach and not even a warning" i would love for a RIOT staff to come here and talk to me about getting my accounts back. I got the chat logs, and they are no where near how disgusting the other players in this toxic community are. If these other players aren't banned THEN WHY AM I? It's just shit like this pisses me off. Just thoughts if anyone else got wrongfully perm banned i've got screen shots of what other kids have said and if riot wants to see them so they can ban the kids like they banned me twice be my guest. But if they are doing "justice" for the community can they get the real cancer out of it first. Maybe the kids that afk, intentional feed. I mean after all isn't there a god damn mute button? Im gonna get banned for flaming some times, and we still win the game, But nooooo.. The kid's that sit in base right when they join in. Or tell the other team my position in jungle or give them free kills nothing happens. Now that's the true cancer of league.
