Riots Toxic Perma banning system

Hey everyone, so I recently just got my 3rd account a 14 day ban. My other two accounts I had and grinded to level 30 did not deserve there perma bans, and so I put that in the past since Riot denied my appeals. Keep in note I got reported for being a toxic player, even thought I have never used vulgar language in any of my games, and not half as bad as my teammates. I mean the game i got my 14 day ban, I was joking around in beginning, and all caps locks not raging just messing around, and then after that my team flames me calling me a shit head and stuff so i say ok after they say i am bad even thought I'm carrying... and so I just said ur bad and muted them. Well at the end of the game I get a ban and I kid you not. I went from a 5 game chat ban to a 14 day ban. Even thought I don't use vulgar language I just caps lock talk by accidentally to teammates, example: Can you please go in?, CAN YOU PLEASE GO IN?, and by mistake it makes me look toxic and Riot decides to ban me. I've learned from this account to not even talk to teammates anymore, because I will just get banned when I don't deserve it and they do so when they try to tilt me i mute them. But what do you know when i need to communicate, I'm not a passive aggressive person and I like to get my points across, to stick it with them. This is my 3rd account, and i have friends that say almost every game, "kys %%%got, or drink bleach fucker" and they don't even have a chat ban i swear to god. How fair is it that i go from a chat ban to a 14 day, and on my other account before this i went right to a 14 day then ban even thought i don't swear and I'm not toxic? I kid you not Riot has it out for me because i don't know anyone else that has 3 perm banns, and i really don't think its fair how Riot priorities "toxic" players over trolls and afk's. I mean yeh study show you loose like 56 percent more of games if you're toxic. Okay you have a 50 percent chance of winning an extra 6 doesn't do anything, and when you have an afk that dc's and looses you the game fully, they don't decide to take action only after they dc the 15th time and get a ban. I just don't believe its fair on how I feel like I'm being targeted by Riot I swear I'm not toxic and nearly not as toxic as the people in my game and the things they say, how they don't get banned. I don't leave games, i don't troll, and sometimes I tell my teammates whats on my mind and I get perma banned. If i thought i deserved it I would man up and take the L, but honestly i really don't think i should have the 14 day ban on my account. I know almost all these forum people will down vote me, but just hear me out. How does being toxic, even though i am not even compare to what a troll or afker does. Its ridiculous, and rumor has it LoL is adding in voice chat, and wouldn't that just make it unfair for other people that have gotten banned for being toxic, because anyone can say anything with out what they are saying being documented, so Riots big number 1 rule no toxic players, when voice chat will allow anyone to be toxic flame and swear without being punished for so, and I just don't know how a toxic player can be compared to a Troll or Afker when there is a god damn mute button. Like jesus christ Riot get your priorities straight. I already know ill be down voted as hell. But what ever go for it i just wanted to get whats on my mind out before i quit LoL, great people and mostly a good community I just feel like Riot is running there company in a wrong manner and not focusing on the real cancer of LoL. Because most players want to get there thoughts across to there teammates, and if thats saying you really need to engage better because you are doing bad, or please can you stop feeding and doing bad, I feel that they have the right to do so to let there teammate know that they really need to step up there game bc/ they are ruining it for other teammates. For a final note, I have an idea, because since some players can't help them selves on what they say instead of taking players accounts away for ever why not add in a lets say quick chat option where you ban the players riot of speech and ability to talk instead of not being able to talk, and allow them to be able to use pre typed messages that are game related, example: I am chat banned. Or : Engage on and you can ping on the enemy you want to engage on. Anyways Thanks all for reading, feel free to down vote if you don't agree, won't effect me. Have a good day.

Have a downvote sir. I have bee playing this game since its inception and I have never gotten anything as much as a chat restriction, let alone a warning. To get 3 accounts perma banned, wow, just wow.

Word of advice: use paragraphs as very few people are gonna want to read just one big block of text. I will answer some of your points here though.

  1. Post your entire unedited chat logs for a full player analysis of your case.
  2. What you define as joking around may not be what others find joking around. If you're asked to stop and you refuse then the fault lies with you and you alone.
  3. If your friends got reported then they will eventually be punished, but just because they act up doesn't mean that you can too. From Understanding the Tribunal:

4) That player in my game was far worse than me. Why am I banned??? a) I'll keep this one simple: retaliation isn't OK. Reacting to a toxic player by being toxic just incites that player to be even worse--it also ruins the game for up to 8 other players. It is far, far worse to watch two people yelling at each other all game than it is to watch 1 player ranting into blank space. Almost everyone in the game can find someone out there that behaves worse than they do--but so what? Finding someone worse doesn't justify your behavior or justify retaliation. We expect more out of our players. What players often don't realize is... those other players in your game that you thought were worse? Nearly 100% of the time, those players were banned even before you were. If someone is being toxic, just report them and move on. If you retaliate, both of you will be banned. It's really that simple.

  1. You say that you have 2 permabanned accounts and a 3rd one already at a 14-day ban as well currently. This tells me that you know what you're doing wrong and are just mad that you keep getting busted for it. The system is designed to only punish repeat offenders who consistently show little to no effort to behave in a neutral or positive manner around others. Instead of blaming the system for your inability (or unwillingness) to change why not try to improve your behavior instead so that you stop getting punished by the Instant Feedback System?

The main problem is we live in a world of narcisstic kids and corporations who use the new victim culture to "protect" said kids. In actuality of course they are just protecting their business. The system encourages these emotionally unstable kids to say "report" over and over again in chat...this is almost the first thing they learn about this game.

You have to ENABLE all chat in order to receive anything from the other team and there is also a mute button. Perma banning players for talking sh-it in a videogame is just proof that today's youth cannot handle conflicts in a virtual environment. Wonder how these kids handle conflicts in real life where there are no mute buttons.

As unfortunate as the current state of things is...you just have to act as if you were a robot in order to avoid getting banned. You cannot be passionate about a kill or passionat about winning, you have to sit there like a cyborg and say "oh, gg well playe" and "I like your skin" like a puppy dog.

People can report till they are blue in the face. But if there is no grounds for the report nothing will happen.

All 9 players could report you for 'Racist comments'. But if you didnt utter a single word all game (Or just had normal posts that wouldnt fall under other reportable areas) nothing is going to happen to you.

Riot isnt a bunch of children at the helm of a ship who blindly punish people just cause someone reported. They actually read the logs and determine if anything is worth punishing when a person is reported.

If you got punished you actually did something wrong.

Well tbh, i think theres a difference between toxic and being accused. If u r one of those who whines abt their accounts being banned but u didnt do ur bad then u r as toxic/ bad as they are. It was a long post and i just stopped reading in the second sentence but u said u r bad and muted; thats considered toxic or verbal abusing as well. I know many players are far more toxic and abusing but its just like when people steal things from u, they are wrong but stealing back their things dont make u legal and u r equally bad as them. The system is not designed to ban whoever #deserves to be banned or who is the most toxic one; it band when they see toxicity coming out which means u r one of them right now. I have had a lot of bad experience as well regarding to the toxicity and bad player on my team and im usually the carrying too if u look up my history but i dont get banned or warning becoz i played by the rules so should u

Look, I agree with some of ur points, but honestly how did u rip 3 accounts bro? U had to have been racist or homophobic to do that.
