I love how you guys buffed Xin Zhao for no apparent reason at all

So much for your goals in balancing is "We have to buff tank junglers since they can't sustain well in the new jungle"

He is still considered strong, it's just that there are other optional junglers to choose from, now in every match, there will always be an AP Xin Zhao who got excited from seeing that WE Ap ratio buff, and carries & sustain like hell.

Riot, I suggest you revert his buffs back to the way it was. Even me building won't keep him off.....
