How to deal with/beat Zed.

Afer seeing people constanly cry about zed, and how impossible he is do deal with, and how op/broken he is, I've decided to make this to help some people out. I began playing Zed a little over a year ago, back when he was a terrible champ, and mana regen was at its strong point. After awhile I reached plat and I suddenly found it increasingly difficult to win/carry games with zed. I stopped playing zed frequently and started moving on to champs like viktor/runeglaive ez/ ekko and began finding a lot more success in games. But that's beyond the point, I'm here to help people play vs zed.

1. Learn to manage mana- learning to manage your mana will make your laning phase waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay stronger. Most people in low elos don't understand how to properly manage mana, and vs energy/no resource champs u will find yourself losing a lot without this skill.

2. Take defensive summoner spells- Barrier and Exhaust make zeds kill pressure drop to almost zero, and a zed that doesn't snowball finds himself being extremely useless in many parts of the game. 3)Ping, hope to god your team listens, and farm a lot- With a defensive summoner spell and managing mana you have now made zed completely unable to kill you, it is just a farm fest, just make sure he doesn't roam and get fed that way. Start taking side camps to gain a lead in cs. And just keep farming/roam when u have the opportunity.
   4)Qss may give you Mr as an adc but it will save your life many times over- Stop complaining qss gives you no armor vs zed, the cleanse litterally takes his ult off, and unless he is super fed he will need that death mark to secure the kill and get out before your team collapses on him. I remember playing zed on my smurf one time at silver 3. The cait on the other team said "zero counterplay bs champ". You want to know the greatest part about her saying that? The fact that if she just bought a qss she would've survived every teamfight. I specifically remember having to rely on my ult pop to kill her every teamfight because if I didn't I would've died aswell. So if you are low elo, playing adc, and vs zed. Do yourself a favor and buy a damn qss. 5)Rushing an armguard won't make u lose lane it will help u win lane- Litterally double dorans plus arm guard makes u the most annoying thing in the history of league for zed to lane against. The armor from arm guard makes you unkillable and the mana sustain from double dorans will be enough to let you wittle zed down slowly, until you get a mana item/blue buff. -and one last tip don't get too cocky vs zed tower diving a decnet zed is incredibly hard as you will find it impossible to chase him around his turret.
   Champs that make zed ususeless in lane-Cho Gath, Annie, Malzahar, Diana (if you aren't terrible). Champs that can go head to head with zed evenly- Yasuo, Jayce, Talon, Viktor, Ekko, others that I canT remember. Champs that you really should not pick into zed, unless you are a god or something- lux, tf, velkoz, azir, xerath. I'm having trouble remembering everything, but hopefully this helped I can probably respond better through comments if anyone has something to say.
