First Impressions

So I just got onto the PBE, and I was looking for a discussion about the reworks and changes. Since I didn't see any relevant threads so I'm making one.

Heimerdonger Rework- I havent played pvp with him yet but as a first impression it feels really good and it insanely fun. I don't think you guys really addressed the problem of him countering all melees, and to be honest i think the new shotgun W made it a little bit worse. His ult'd W volley might need to be reduced to 3 from 4 because the singe target damage can be obliterating.

Sivir VU- Looks great in all aspects. The dance is very underwhelming, but otherwise it is cool. Spectacular Sivir is actually a little too revealing for my tastes which is pretty weird. I feel like her W cooldown is a little too long. Also potential bug is that it bounces off of inhibs and I think it does turrets too not 100% on the turrets.

I want her ult to be free but that would probably be too strong consider lowering the mana cost because sivir already has some high costs if the enemy isnt spamming skills at you.
