Why does nobody communicate anymore?

Back in S4 everyone would call their roles, and now every other game there would be some conflict mid-champ select because someone doesn't call. I always say "jg pref but can fill" when I enter a game, and am usually met with silence.

Can we start talking again? It's better for the entire team to tell what your best role is. Thanks.
