in my experiences these 3 champions in my opinion always have a toxic user behind it.
top 3:
vayne (usually says "wer muh peel???" after she dies 1 v 5 in enemy jungle)
katarina (always feeds before 20 minutes , and asks for a gank at lvl 2 because she lost 80 pct of her hp before jungler even gets 2nd buff)
3rd position is tied betweeen Lee sin and Riven. and i dont even need to explain why.
i was going to vote for katarina.
shes a very simple nooblord champion that noobs stomp other noobs with and talk about of smack like they are good.
i dont know why all the negative votes lol . there is a correlation with toxic to champion ratios. definitely. name me the last time u havent seen a vayne who wasnt toxic(the game has to be a loss too)

A while back, someone on reddit posted a huge chart that ranked champions based on how likely a main of that champion was to receive tribunal punishment. As I recall, Trynd and Yi led the list, which shouldn't really surprise anyone.
