Seriously nerf this stupid champ, make him do less damage or make his abilities cost a lot more because it's r%%%%%ed how he can just spam abilities in such a long range and never have to worry about getting poked.. Then when u build mr against him he still melts you... it's straight up r%%%%%ed.
His whole kit is entirely skill-shot reliant. In other words, he needs to aim the abilities accurately to deal damage. If you can't dodge skill-shots, then deal with it instead of complaining on the forums. Vel'Koz does have weaknesses like other champions...

He is probably one of the most balanced champions to have come out in a while
