LOL- Perma Banned
Ok so I have been getting suspended for awhile now thinking it was because I was toxic. Never thought to question it because I can be toxic every once in awhile, but then I got perma banned.

This account has been detected using modifications to widen the acceptable field of vision, also known as zoom hacking. As this is the second offense, this account has been permanently suspended. We believe that all players should play on equal footing in an effort to promote competitive sportsmanship. You should be aware that modifying your League of Legends client is against the Terms of Use, Section V:
J: Using any unauthorized third party programs, including but not limited to "mods," "hacks," "cheats," "scripts," "bots," "trainers," and automation programs, that interact with the Software in any way, for any purpose, including, without limitation, any unauthorized third party programs that intercept, emulate, or redirect any communication between the Software and Riot Games and any unauthorized third party programs that collect information about the Game by reading areas of memory used by the Software to store information.
Now here is the problem. 9 months ago I was having trouble with my FPS, I guess everyone was having problems in 2014 with servers and and FPS dropping a lot with their pings etc. So my friend sent me a file called Draw.xll I think it was? Anyways he said it should help with my FPS. He told me where to put it in a folder and I did. I didn't see much of a difference in FPS and totally forgot I had that file as time went on.
Apparently that is the file for Zoom hack but I never zoom in or out so to me I didn't even know what it was. I ended up getting suspended a lot until recently I got the email that I was perma suspended. The final email told me why I was perma suspended but up until then I kept getting the cookie cutter emails that I broke the TOS and since Riot says they can ban you for w/e reason they want or no reason at all I assumed it must be cause I was toxic.
Here is the my issue with this.. Ya it might have been dumb for me to accept a file from a friend not knowing exactly what it was but all this time I have been getting suspended Riot never told me why.. If they had told me at the first suspension I would have uninstalled and reinstalled league to make sure the file was gone. However they waited till I was perma banned to let me know...
Here is the kicker though and I find kinda funny. I have played probably over 2000 games on that account and was still in bronze because I don't really take ranked seriously and yet Riot thinks I was using zoom hack to have an unfair advantage over players?
Over a year of game time on that account with all the champions and a ton of skins and money I put on that account only to get perma banned for a reason I didn't even know why until it was too late.
Imo Riot should have let me known the first time why I was getting suspended instead of waiting till it was to late for me to fix it.
Either way I disputed my latest transactions on paypal. I been emailing riot and I give it about 7 days to rather unban me or i'm taking back the money I spent. This is why people thinks Riot has no loyality to it's player base because instead of letting people know what they did wrong they send cookie cutter emails that give you no information and you are expected to know why , but when they perma ban you then they tell you and imo that isn't fair.
Either way it's rather I get unbanned or I get my money back and spend it else where.
