Can we get Shen's old Q on a new champion?

The idea of "marking" an enemy so that allies that attack that enemy gain a DEFENSIVE benefit is a really cool ability for a support.

I think it has huge potential on a kit designed to be like a D&D Warlord type character and it could provide a decent physical damage support
