Cz I only plaued ARURF a total of 5 games. No seriously, just 5 games. And in these 5 games, I played 
each TWICE (I even get them after rerolling).

Yeah, I will admit, I got Annie a few times. Other than the RNG not being so hot, the mode did perform infinitely better than regular URF.
It wouln't be random if you couldn't get the same champ twice would it? like rolling a dice and when you get any side of the dice you delete that side and roll again
How many champs do you own?
I wonder if they've establish some kind of tier system for urf champs and draft a champ from each tier for each team. Wouldn't be fun if one team got Eve hec sona morg and lux randomly and the other team got all adc's.
