QoL change for Champ select, especially for Ranked Draft

Ever had this happen before?

Me: Hey last pick, what role do you want? Last Pick: no response Me: Duuuude, what role are you going?? Last Pick: still no response Me: "Damnit, is this guy blind? Wait, maybe I muted him. Let me just check my long, long list of blocked people and...oh, there he is."

Yeah, we definitely need some sort of notification if we happen to be on the same team with a previously muted person. Should also allow us to unmute them easier too by having a button next to their profile name. I mean sure, we muted them 'cause they were toxic/raging, but if I'm gonna be stuck with them for an important ranked match, I might as well suck it up and have the option to unmute them instantly instead of looking through a long blocked list.
