Champions That Need Buffs

lifesteal bot hit or miss not even shurima wants azir anymore (debateable) hoping pbe buffs will be enough pretty meh for a mage honestly if we just fixed the 150+ bugs on him he'd probably be meta again giving her massive nerfs and then answering with a bit more ad was a joke poor guy can't counter anyone power shifts mostly pretty weak and awkward to play holy crap is it hard to be useful with this guy (for a mage) rework incoming :D
