They can't very well fix it if they don't know the conditions that allow it to happen. Also would happen then worlds not LCS

Whats your point? People report all kind of shit, but noone puts anymore information. They need more information to be able to work with it. Since it happened in front of their eyes, and they had experts ready, now they can work with those informations.
