Riot, Can you tell us if the Institute of Justice still exists in your lore?

!!!EDIT: it's the Institute of War, not the Institute of Justice. I'm from British Columbia, where we have a Justice Institute, and I must have got the names mixed up after not hearing about the Institute of War for so long. My bad.

It's been so long since we've heard anything about it that it's starting to feel like it is never going to mentioned it again.

Is this the case? Or will it start to matter again sometime in the future? What are your plans?

An answer from someone in the lore department/ someone who actually knows about this stuff would be appreciated.
