I can't lane to save my life.

So if you check my match history, you'll notice that I do (reasonably) well in the jungle role, and i'm perfectly happy with that! Jungle is my favorite role, and it has some of my favorite champs there too! (Zac, Hecarim, Kha'Zix, Mundo.)

...But as we all know, i'm not always going to get the jungle role, and hell, sometimes I just want to play a champion who I enjoy that isn't a jungler. (Rumble, Viktor, Yorick)

...My problem here is that I just cannot lane. When I queue up, and get forced into a lane, 9 times out of 10 I feed. I just can't focus on warding, last hitting, poking, avoiding poke, zoning and all that jazz at once, not to mention i'm TERRIBLE at last hitting. Check my match history, nearly every time i've laned in the past few weeks, I fed, and there was just nothing I could do about it.

...-sigh- Any advice on maybe becoming a better laner? Help out a jungle main?

You have to practice laning mostly. If anything go support so you don't have to worry about CSing just warding/trading/map awareness and so forth then try like top and learn to last hit (or adc since adcs mostly just literally last hit most the game) I dunno exactly how to explain how to lane.

practice. and unfortunatelly often you have to learn to be selfish...i also usually play jungle or support and tend to roam around the map too much to secure vision instead of just winning my lane first.

for basics though you could just make a custom game, pick a champ you´d like to learn laning and try to get at least 90cs till min 10 using only autoattacks. Once you have a sufficient routine for lasthitting minions it´s easier to handle the trading in lane aswell without losing too much cs.
