Reason: Quinn visuals and lore are fine, i just dont like her gameplay, i wish R can be inturrepted by cc spells, wish she could get blind back, and increase in attack range and she'd be the awesome bird hunter adc she deserves to be
I strongly disagree as well. She's has an uber strong Q with raw damage. But... She lost a lot of her characteristics which made Quinn, Quinn. She can't duel as strong anymore verses bruisers because once you E on your enemy, they will just roll on you after that for having a long CD. You can't assassinate with valor anymore with his talons broken now =(. Her R does no damage but is now a SECOND utility. She looses at bot lane as she can't counter anyone anymore with blind gone. As an ADC expecting to play an ADC role(bot) she is now a mid lane/top/jg. But being MID she is just going to get rape by range/burst champions now.
I would love for her to have her blind back or even valor attack mode. Maybe instead of having Q 50% CDR reset, have her E to reset on Champion kills. OR even give her an instant cast on R but put a low cool down onto it. such as 10-20 second on it. (E+R and fly away safe escape combo)

Her chase now is real tho. But i didn't expect her to be the queen of garbage killing now.
