List of mage/mid champs who don't deserve to get any buffs
No point in buffing the following champs listed, as losers who doesn't know how to play them smartly in mid lane will just cry and play them over at top lane.

It's not the fact that people don't know how to play those champions, it's just because the fact that the freelo trio (
) make them completely nonviable mid lane. So obviously they moved to top, which crowded the melee champs out.
But really, it sounds more like you're crying than they are. Also, it's losers who don't know how to play them. If you're going to cry about it, at least use proper grammar.
These champions are fine. They one things what's holding them back is itemization:
This is a hard one. Currently he rather rush 
and get's as many AP as possible. But someone it doesn't feel his item extend his kit is any way.
has 3 viable builds: CDR/AP, AP/ASP & BRUISER. However the build he's was designed for (AP/ASP) never really reached the top and currently functions poorly with his kit. The only reason why these other builds exist is that his main build just doesn't get the job done.
she fine besides the fact she's a champion where her items are build arround AP/AR. So far whe only have while she nearby benefit from the existing AP/HP items. She has a good build but the diversity is just poor.
doesn't really have a lot diversity is his build. He will just go 
with no other start available to him.
the lack on items to define him limits his options.
again a hard one. As an immobile mage he tend to get into mana problems early while he's really depended on his kit item makes it really hard to overcome that during the lane fase.
The moment he gets any sort of AP scalings is the moment he truly 100-0s entire teams. He's perfect where he is now. Just rush magic pen, then either build a bit of tankiness or more on-spell effects.
