When will Galactic Renekton become available?

I've been playing Renekton since about the time I hit level 20 and I've been on and off with him, but the one thing that I still haven't seen is Galactic Renekton. I have never seen it come on sale and I have also never seen anyone use it in game. Does anyone have any idea when this skin could become available again?
