Banned from ranked games and number not decreasing!

Earlier I got chat restrictions for 58 games and banned from ranked games for 35. My chat restriction games are going down but whenever I win a game in a normal match the 35 won't go to 34? Is this some weird glitch or am I missing something? I want to play ranked as soon as possible!
