Duo Que in Ranked

So me and my friend play alot of ranked together and we've come to find that every match he is first pick and i am last. Recently someone told us that it was because he gets both of our mmr ratings and i get left with nothing. Idk if this is a bug, but i think it should be fixed either way. I really don't like to support.
