Why? I think BoTRK and Guinsoo's rageblade are better. Then again, I am a Kog'Maw main and any other champ I use guinsoo's on epically fails xD. (BoTRK is Blade of The Ruined King) Here are the icons item 3153 item 3124

I have to agree with rageblade tho. I went rageblade Sated Devourer Udyr (game didnt last long enough to get anymore items xD) and the jungle clear was a amazing haha

oh. Kog'Maw Sated Devourer Rageblade build is probably the most op thing in game now hands down. If you have Kog'Maw max his BioArcane Barrage and try it with all the extra attack speed items you can get. I prefer item 3085 to add to this and then BoTRK. probably the best setup I have ever used.
