Ok Riot, please fix this crap...somehow....

The only reason i will dodge queue is if there is a noticeable troll among the group. And I also happen to be in Bronze 1 so you can imagine how many times I've dodged. Now I have a 30 minute wait time because people like to ruin ranked games, for whatever reason. Add a kick player option to champ select or something so people can vote on kicking the troll out and start over. This is getting ridiculous man. Now I can't play a game for 30 MINUTES because someone didn't get the role they wanted because they were 4th pick, so they start trolling and I dodge and I GET PUNISHED FOR IT? WTF IS THAT? Please, Riot, work on something for us to utilize so we can control the trolls. Thanks...
