How come Help and Support Posts don't end up on the homepage of the boards?

Because while I agree there are topics that should be looked at there, there's not much the average player (people who see the homepage) can do for technical problems. Anyone competent (and kind enough) to help would ideally be looking through there anyway. If H&S was seen from the homepage, other posts would get flooded over with "My X game was ruined by lag" and other such "Rito Please" moments that, while sometimes entertaining to read, I as a player with only a little networking expertise can rarely help with.
