Massive FPS Loss Spikes Post 2.23

Really weird FPS loss (Near freezing) for the last few days. I keep my Frames capped to 60, which I have never had drop on me before until recently. Changing the graphics settings/Shadows seemingly has no effect.

I opened Skyrim on a Second monitor and played a bots game of league to test if this was on my end, or what, and the FPS still massively drops within league every time a fight breaks out regardless of what else is running, while I'm standing in Riverwood on monitor two with a solid 58-60 Frames (Even while using abilities)

I'm using an NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX Graphics card with the most recent updates available.

I've never come to the forums before, but after trying a few other games, GTA5/Overwatch, I assume the issue is either on you guy's end or my Shadowplay isn't agreeing with League's client after the new update. The FPS loss during big team fights is starting to get to me in my Ranked games, Trying to W and Q a Kalista or Vayne as Nasus is really frustrating when every time you get the jump on her you drop to 3-15 FPS

Seems I've stumbled upon the fix thanks to another thread posted 2 hours ago!

Open the NVIDIA Control Panel and head to 3D Settings > Manage 3D Settings. Click the “Program Settings” tab and select the game you want to configure. Locate the “Vertical Sync” Setting and set it to “Off”. Click “Apply” when you're done. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
