When people cant be flexable on summoner spells (not a rage just a question)

so ive noticed people expect certain role to take certain sums, however being unable to be slightly flexible makes the game less fun, so here my example:

Playing Ivern I had summoner 11 andsummoner 4 as support. now before you say well supports don't use smite, I know I understand they don't however, I have tested it and if I take ONE camp to get lv 2 early AND the jungler still get to clear that camp then its fine and I can just stay in lane.

now the second part was the match hasn't started but I'm being Banmailed (basically I'm told my champion will be banned if I don't pick summoner 3 over summoner 11 ) I don't think this is sportsmanlike or even how someone should act based on how this community responds to ragers and flamers. so now my question for you

is it ever ok to tell someone their champion will be banned if they don't pick spells you like or think belong in a certain role, I don't want comments on my ivern support or even why I have smite, just the above question

Could always build that one AP support item that I personally never use:

It's got a hella slow on it.

But if you don't want your champion banned in champ select because you're playing summoner 11summoner 4

Then just hover: summoner 3 summoner 4

Until like 10 seconds left in the timer and swap it to your normal shit.

I take summoner 6 over summoner 4 because I feel it saves my ass more.

You can never be banned over the spells you take..

Someone got to platnium for playing "DR" karthus..

D - Revive Spell

R - Ultimate.

Basically saying if he died, and people were low.. he'd revive.. ant ULT..

I take tele support unless im poppy, because lets face it imma orget i have exhaust so its bettter that im in lane to help you than it is for me to have a SS im not gonna remember to use.
