@Rito the new active effects in Beta Rift

Could we move them back? I cant see my active effects when someone pings or chats and usually by mid to late game i have more then 4 active effects half the time also its just distracting in general to look to my left and under the chat words and such when i'm goin HAM. Thanks rito like the new rift!
