Why's this in gameplay and balance? If you want to take a look at Kennen go to the champions tab in game and look under K, or go to a wiki.

Pretty sure this is hyperbole referencing the fact that no one plays kennen

I think he's trying to make a quip about how some champions aren't played because the Riot balance team sucks and can't balance properly...
