Lets talk about akali
Just finished a game, first time with the new akali.
I have to say riot. Ive played League for a LONG time. years on years. and ive seen alot of things. azir release. and beyond. but this.... i don't know how else to put this other then, you messed up.
A little tough love for you guys would be good. have you guys even TRIED the new akali? or did you just skip that part? no one tested her after those changes? thats a whole new level of lazy.
The state she is in is unplayable. what i just experienced in my last game as the new akali was horrid. i think she is on a level below the azir release and hes the highest level of bugged champs there ever was.
Let me start by saying whats OBVIOUS. A few minutes into the match i knew something was wrong. I would try to go somewhere and she would run into walls and stop completely. Let me state. during this game i was not lagging AT ALL. my ping was stable the whole game. so this is a champion problem.
At one point i was juking a zed and a lee sin with my superior chasing skills, and when i got hit by lee sin, my champion, even though im spaming the pathing to run away, she just stops, i died.
Another instance in a team fight, i jumped right on in the middle of the fray and tried to put down my shroud to do damage without insta dying, she delayed this action, i find that she delayed alot of the abilities i did. Keep in mind i am not lagging, just she for some reason, has delayed response to what i try to do.
So imagine trying assassinate a target, their adc or mid, and she would have seconds of delay inbetween every action, it got me killed alot, it held my team back alot, thank god i got my top and mid fed, otherwise they wouldnt have been able to carry me. Riot. stop being lazy. take this champion down she is unplayable, on a scale of 1-10 of how bad this is, its a 12, she needs to be check out right now, thank god it was a draft not a ranked. and the akali mains im sorry for your loss.
on a side note of what i think of the new changes, amazing, much more assassin like, sad thing is, she ult behind a champion, which isnt always a good thing, especially when their adc is caught out in the front lines, and behind that adc is the entire enemy team so you cant assassinate and get out without a enemy minion wave pushed or not at all. secondly her E, love the spamming, but it takes WAY to much energy WAY to quickly. either increase the cooldown so your not spamming out of energy, and increase the damage to compensate. or make it cost less energy. its insane how fast i ran out, jungling, or in a fight when i used the ability 3-4 times with a 1.5 second cool down, my energy is drained almost immediately following a fight.
anyways there you have it riot, get off your bums and get to work on this... monster of a bugged champion. plz?
