Skins and the champions that deserve new ones/more

I know obviously some people will hate on what I have to say but I think if you look at it objectively it's accurate at least.

I wrote to Riot Support and they weren't too interested in listening and pushed me to write here. Basically, there are still champions from beta who actually don't have a good skin and have on AT LEAST one occasion been FOTM champs. The one that keeps digging at me is Evelynn. She has two skins that are available and neither even falls into the 750 RP category. That's just insane with how long she's been around when you consider Teemo (who I do actually love) has been around about as long (longer if anything - to be fair) and has about half a dozen skins and the majority are really nice.

Mind you, there aren't many champions like this but when there are they're very old and have no stand-out skin to speak of. The ones I can think of quickly looking over the list of champs are: Karthus, Kassadin, Kennen (arctic ops is the closest and it's pretty lackluster), LeBlanc, Nasus, Rumble, Sion (but who cares prior to him getting a rework/buff) and last one I could spot Zilean (but again, who cares prior to him being made useful again). If you feel something should be removed or added, shout it out! :)
