NO EXPLANATION FOR BANS? REALLY RIOT?

Okay so first before I begin while yes I am rather pissed about being banned for two weeks, In no way am i asking to be unbanned. I find the punishment and reform system to be a joke honestly. I have been gaming online for years, ever since i was ten.(And im 25 now.) And this is the first game I have ever played where when and if you get banned you aren't given any reason. I'm sorry but if you want to employ a actual change in a persons attitude make sure they know what they are in trouble for, Because unless a player knows what they did to get in trouble they will continue to do whatever it was in the first place. Now I know I can rage pretty hard given the situation. (ie, people gaybashing, being downright hostile to friends who are new. etc etc) But as far as I knew I hadn't done anything to get banned so I am very confused as to what I did and what I can do to prevent from getting banned again. When i was banned I recieved the general message telling me to check my e-mail for more information, There was no e-mail or anything along those lines, that was tuesday the 21st. It is now the 24th still no e-mail. But even better yet is the fact i got banned and I'm never racist i never troll. Yet i see kids every single day pulling things like "Mid or feed" and they get to continue playing or my personal favorite and I see this more then anything "Don't care I have got another account" and they say and do whatever they want with no fear of reprisals because of how they act. This community as a whole seams to be on a downslide, I see more toxic players per game every day. And i have not had more then 2 games in the last three weeks that didn't have a feeder, toxic player, or a troll. Yet I continue to read riot posts that say "Less then 1% of the playerbase is toxic" Sorry to ask this but does riot even play this game? You ask anyone out there and they will tell you this is one of the most toxic communities in gaming period. Everyone knows it yet little seams to be being done about it. Players get away with being racist and gay bashing trash talking flaming the other team when they win by calling out "Ez" every time they win a game. Personaly I love this game, I have been searching for a game that takes this level of skill ever since mech assault 2 lone wolf. But it's highly disheartening to see so little effort go into fixing these problems, And finaly to be perfectly frank, i have zero intentions of continueing to play a game(Despite how much i love it) When i see players who dont flame and are incredibly nice people get banned but racist players, intentional feeders, and gay bashers continue to play without getting in any trouble at all. I truely hope someone actualy listen's to this despite my horrible grammar and punctuation. Because i would hate to have to quit playing such a great game because the so many toxic players continued to get away with being toxic.
