Loot system is indeed not working as intended.

So simply put for 24 hours now I have been trying to combine my 2 chogath mastery 6 tokens. However i am unable to. the unlock window does not pop up i click combine 500 blue essence and 2 mastery tokens and nothing happens. Super frustrating not to be able to continue working on what i want to. I have 2 tokens i also have 700+ blue essence. Also note i have tried on two different computers. This seams like a significant issue.....js.
