Where to post feedback?

Players usually post feedback on the Boards, but most of the time it ends up being ignored, or seen and tossed aside. (At least, that's how it comes off).

A lot of cool, valuable feedback that is posted doesn't even receive a response, and yes, we know you Reds are unable to comment on some topics because it's not your in your field / department, we also know that you may need to look at the feedback and evaluate it before you respond, we don't expect a response immediately after it has been posted, but after about month, it should at least receive a response.

I know some feedback is implemented without being responded to, that's great, but a response would have made it so much better.

Even after you guys evaluate it, you come think it won't be a good change, tell us, and explain why, leaving us in the dark only makes us feel ignored.

I recently took it upon myself to submit some feedback via a ticket, and in short, all they told me was "Post it on the Boards". Of course, I debated this with them, and even told them that the feedback has already been posted, they still insisted to keep feedback on the boards and not submit a ticket for it.

I don't know what the "Feedback" category in the ticket system is for, if all they do is the aforementioned. Thing is, posting on the Boards isn't the problem, receiving a response to whether it's good and you'd like to implement it or it's not good and you're not going to implement it is the problem.

Riot, I'm asking you, can you please responding to player feedback more, like a lot more? Good feedback / bad feedback / indifferent feedback, they're all worth a response.
