Lag.

Ever since the mid season patch came out whenever i load the launcher I get massive amounts of ping. I use a CMD to make sure my ping is steady. It goes from my constant 27 ping and after I load the launcher it will jump anywhere from 400-1000 ping. If anyone knows what to do help is greatly appreciated.
