Crashing after installing Logitech g430 headphone software

I recently bought the Logitech g430 headphones and after installing the software for the headphones I will sometimes crash and a window that only says "System Error" will pop up or a bug splat window and my game freezes. I was wondering if anyone knew of a fix for this. I saw a post about deleting some .dll files but I couldn't find them on my computer. Any help would be much appreciated.
