Hextech Boxes

Do you think it would break the system to give the hextech boxes a slight increase in dropping skin shards over champion shards if you own every champion in the game?

cuz getting 3 skin shards in the last 4 chests is a little saddening when I own every champion

Don't get me wrong. I love Hextech and I'm happy when ever I get a Fragment or a box. even unlocked like 4 skins now for free. it is just frustrating to get so many champion shards in a row when you pretty much need 3 skins to actually get one. or even more to get a specific one
