I had to basically 4v5 multiple times, deal with people who were legitimately new to league against people who weren't, a Nasus stacking armor while feeding Mundo and the Nasus didn't even buy boots, people afking even while winning, people intentionally going in 1v5 etc

If Gold were easy for ANYONE to get to, it'd be the new Bronze. But it's not, because there are obviously people that just struggle with this game in general.

Just pay attention on your gameplay ignore everyone else play champions that can SOLO carry a game (for lower division its good to play champs like yi/xin/ and stuff like that) and focus on your own actions if the bot lane feed because they are troll premades ignore them go destroy the enemy mid laner or top laner according to what lane you are if you are jungle even easier just start ganking the one lane that you think that knows that he doing check their CS if you see a guy with a good CS per minute camp his lane because this person know what he doing
Simple small things can carry you to gold in no time

SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST BAD AT THIS GAME.
No amount of "Just use 3-5 champions and solo carry your way to Gold." is going to change the fact that they just suck. They're mechanically bad, just have terrible map awareness, or literally anything at all and they're just incapable of improving beyond that because that's as far as they go. It's practically an absolute in ANY game that people play that, despite their best efforts to improve, some will just be garbage, and that's it.
Don't tell people how easy it is to "climb and carry" when they're simply never going to be capable of doing that. It's demoralizing and makes people hate this community more.
