What the hell man, CC cancelling is WAY more abusable than stealthing faster in brush, not to mention Teemo was disabled within a few hours of the bug, Riven was discovered to CC cancel in early December and still no disable or fix (to my knowledge), what gives Riot?
That thing with riven is just how the game's mechanics work.
If you CC her after she Qs, the Q is still going to go off. If you CC lux when she ults, the ult with still go off. If you CC Yi during the cast time of alpha strike, the alpha strike still goes off. If you CC Katarina during the .05 cast time of her shunpo, she still shunpos.
I don't know why the Teemo is stealthing faster. But it's going against the mechanics of the game.
